Thanksgiving down, yeah, get ready, here comes Christmas. Everyone ready? Hope all of ya'll have a great big wonderful Christmas.
I got the turkey and dressing cooking, chicken and dumplings cooking. That's a Tyler and Gracie request, the dumplings.
We are doing ours at 6 tonite. Only time we could get everybody home from ballgames, work, church and "mom" visits.
Geez, it's cold this morning. Have grandkids ballgames today. Nothing like a good cup of coffee on cold morning. How is everybody? Recovered from turkey and dressing overload yet?
They're giving that 4-letter dirty word for the mountains of NC and TN. SNOW for tonite.

Yes, like an idiot, got up at 3 this morning and went to Wally World. But we found everything we went after so it was worth it. Then came home at 7 and went back to bed. Just now starting to move.

I'm hearing rumors that Cherokee County is going to cut 55 teaching positions. Can we really afford to lose this many teachers? Maybe we should suggest they cut Central Office positions and non-essential bull positions first, then teaching positions…

- lol - i got the empire state building - got the statue of liberty too but I just haven't got the rest of them uploaded yet. I'm enjoying the books. I've already read probably 6 or 7 of them. I loved the Nora Roberts trilogy about the bloodstone. Those were really good. I've started the Michael Phillips Shenandoah Sisters books now.
